Stir Fry with Sweet Basil

Ingredients :

240 grams GHF Asian Style Mince
50 grams Honshimeji mushroom
40 grams red onion (cut)
20 grams red chili (cut)
10 grams chili padi, thinly sliced
10 grams chopped garlic
15 grams sweet basil leaf

Seasoning:
20 grams vegetarian oyster sauce
1 gram white pepper powder
5 grams sugar
1 ml sesame oil
30 ml vegetable oil

Method :

1. Fry GHF Asian Style Mince over medium to high heat for about 5-6 minutes until mince more crumbled and set aside.

2. In a pan, add oil and turn the stove to high heat, add chopped garlic, chili, onion, mushroom and stir quickly.

3. Add the fried GHF Asian Style Mince, vegetarian oyster sauce, white pepper powder, sugar, sesame oil and vegetable oil and stir for about 1 minute.

4. Add basil leaves, quickly stir and turn off heat.

5. Serve immediately with rice.
