Dry Meat

Ingredients :

500 grams GHF Original Mince
50 grams sweet soy sauce
15 grams oil
5 grams cumin
5 grams coriander
5 grams fennel
5 grams black pepper
5 grams white pepper
5 grams smoked paprika
100 grams sugar
5 grams garlic powder

Method :

1. Mix mince meat, soy sauce and oil together.

2. Mix dry ingredients together.

3. Put the mixture on a baking sheet and cover with a baking sheet on top and start to roll the paste to 3mm.

4. Bake at 180°c for 15 minutes.

5. Can be eaten right away or can be fried on the pan with hot oil for a while.

6. Ready to be served.
